NeoCast is the next-gen orthopedic solution, replacing traditional casts with a lightweight, breathable lattice structure for superior comfort, support, and patient-centered recovery.

NeoCast | The Next Generation of Orthopedic Immobilization

NeoCast is an innovative alternative to traditional orthopedic casts, designed with a lightweight, breathable, and open-lattice structure to provide a more comfortable, hygienic, and practical healing experience. Made with advanced polymer materials and engineered geometry, it helps maintain the required support for immobilization while reducing the limitations of conventional casts.

The open structure of NeoCast supports better airflow, allows partial skin visibility, and makes daily use, removal, and patient care easier for both patients and healthcare professionals. With its modern appearance, customizable design, and reduced weight, NeoCast introduces a new approach to orthopedic care and rehabilitation.

Key Features:

  • Lightweight, breathable, open-lattice structure.
  • Greater comfort compared with traditional casts.
  • Hygienic and water-resistant design.
  • Fast application and easy removal.
  • Partial skin visibility during the healing period.

  • Suitable for the next generation of orthopedic and rehabilitation solutions.

Idea

NeoCast started from a clear need: overcoming the limitations of traditional casts, including heavy weight, poor ventilation, limited daily comfort, and an unpleasant patient experience.

Prototype

The initial concept was developed into a prototype through lattice-structure design, TPU sheet selection, anatomical forming, and evaluation of comfort, ventilation, and product stability.

MVP

The market-ready version of NeoCast was developed as a lightweight, breathable, and practical orthopedic immobilizer with a modern design, multiple color options, and commercialization potential.
