Idea

The idea began with the need for a specialized, safe, and controllable anodizing system for medical equipment and components. The goal was to create an integrated workstation capable of handling surface preparation, washing, anodizing, and process control in a structured and practical setup.

Portotype

During the prototyping stage, the main components of the system, including stainless steel tanks, the control panel, pump and filtration unit, piping system, lids, mobile frame, and electrical modules, were designed, fabricated, and assembled separately to evaluate and refine each function.

MVP

The final MVP was developed as an integrated, ready-to-use anodizing workstation equipped with multiple stainless steel tanks, a central control panel, circulation and filtration systems, a mobile industrial frame, and a practical design suitable for production, laboratory, and medical equipment environments.
